Cyberpunk 2077 Guide | Best Sandevistan Build
Here's a guide on the best Sandevistan build in Cyberpunk 2077.
Game Guide by TauxicPandA on Aug 11, 2025
With the Sandevistan build, you will be able to slow down time and do devastating close-quarters fighting.
This build is based on the famous Sandevistan Operating System and includes skills for hand-to-hand combat and firearms in Cyberpunk 2077.

Core Attributes
Body and Technical Ability should be your primary goals. These traits will help your Cyberware enhancements work better and make you more successful in battle.
Body gives you more health and melee damage, and Technical Ability lets you use more modern Cyberware and helps you survive in Cyberpunk 2077.
Important Perks
You should put most of your points into the left and center branches of the Body skill tree. Start with Painkiller to make yourself less vulnerable to damage, then move on to Adrenaline Rush to move faster in battle.
Pain To Gain will help you heal faster after taking damage, and Die Die Die will make you more powerful against enemies.
You can get the most out of your melee attacks and ending moves with Spontaneous Obliteration and Rip and Tear.
From the Technical Ability tree, Licensed to Chrome is very important because it lets you use higher-level Cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077.

This perk is necessary to take care of the many high-end implants that this build needs.
The Sandevistan of Signature
David's famous time-dilation software is at the heart of this build. At the beginning of the game, you can use the Dynalar Sandevistan to get used to how things work.
However, your ultimate goal should be acquiring the Militech Apogee Sandevistan - the best-in-slot option for this build.
The Militech Apogee reduces time flow by 85% while providing substantial bonuses to headshot damage, critical hit chance, and critical damage.
This Cyberware transforms combat encounters, allowing you to move through slowed enemies while dealing massive damage in Cyberpunk 2077.
Additional Cyberware
Your arm Cyberware should mirror David's preferences from the anime. Gorilla Arms provide the melee damage you need for close-quarters elimination, though you can alternatively equip the Projectile Launch System if you prefer ranged explosive options.

For circulatory system upgrades, install a Blood Pump to maintain health regeneration during extended fights.
The Adrenaline Converter will boost your movement speed, making you even more lethal when the Sandevistan activates.
Round out your defensive capabilities with any Cyberware that increases your armor rating.
Weapon Selection
You can either use the Lexington Pistol or the DB-2 Satara Shotgun, as it has enough damage for close-range fights in Cyberpunk 2077.
You can get Brick's custom Satara Shotgun from the Phantom Liberty expansion if you want ranged options beyond melee combat.
But the main way you fight is by activating the Sandevistan and using the Thermal Gorilla Arms to kill foes in close combat.

Combat Strategy
When fighting, focus on Sandevistan's ability to slow down time. When fighting groups of enemies, activate the system and quickly close the gap with your faster movement.
When you equip the Thermal Gorilla Arms, they become your primary tool. They let you deal devastating close-range attacks while enemies move slowly.
When facing heavily armored opponents or when you need range, switch to the Satara Shotgun for high-damage bursts in Cyberpunk 2077.
