First, pull up your director map and select Nessus. Look for the fast travel node named Artifact's Edge and land there. Spawning at this zone puts you closest to where you need to be in Destiny 2: Monument of Triumph DLC.

Tracking Down Ikora

After you transmat into the area, leap off the high tower and start moving along the path. Continue heading forward through the terrain. Staying on this track brings you right to Ikora so you can catch the dialogue and clear this quest marker.
