DRAGON QUEST VII Reimagined Guide | How to farm Super Seed

The fastest endgame loop to earn a random Super Seed every clear while boosting levels at the same time.

In Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined, it's much easier to max out your stats when one fight that you can do over and over again drops Super Seeds all the time.

This method is all about quick clears, big experience gains, and easy resets, so every character can get their stats to the max before they have to face tougher challenges like the Battle Arena. Encore, Pass the Torch, and Magic Burst are the main parts of the loop.

Why This Super Seed Farm Works So Well

A random Super Seed is given out every time the postgame fight in House of the Almighty is finished. You can get seeds like the Super Seed of Strength from drops, and the battle also gives you a lot of experience. There is no gold here, so seeds and leveling up quickly are what matter.

Vocational Setup for the Quick Clear

Set every character to Luminary except for Maribel. The goal is to link Pass the Torch to Maribel over and over again. Put Maribel in Sage mode so she can use Magic Burst.

Magic Burst uses up all of your MP, and the damage goes up with the amount of MP that would be used. It is a high-impact area attack, so if you use it more than once, it ends the fight quickly.

The MP Trick: Encore to Magic Burst

Use Troubadour to add Encore to the plan. Encore lowers the MP cost of allies to zero for a short time. This lets Maribel cast Magic Burst "for free" while still getting damage that scales with total MP. This is why the combo hurts so much. Enemies are killed by huge AoE damage, but MP doesn't go down.

Run Encore on Aishe or Sir Mervyn to keep the order of turns clean. Use Encore right away to start the fight. After that, use Pass the Torch on Maribel and then Magic Burst. When other characters do something, Pass the Torch is used again so Maribel can use Magic Burst over and over until the fight is over.

Monster Hearts and Damage Boosting are important.

Put Dragster Heart and Newman Heart on Aishe to start the fight in a Worked Up state. This will help Encore get the first turn. This stops enemies from stopping the setup.

Adding Hypothermion Heart will increase damage done to enemies by 20%. Critical hits can also speed up clears because they can add extra damage on top of what was already there.

Where to Farm: The House of the Almighty

This farm is postgame, so it takes a while to get into. Go to the Estard Region, then go to another world and enter the House of the Almighty. Inside, start the fight against The Almighty by adding more enemies. Each time you clear the battle, you get one random Super Seed.

Quickly Resetting the Fight

You can't start the encounter again right after the battle on the same visit. Teleporting off the island and then back again will reset it. The loop is easy, but the travel can get boring. It's not a problem to heal because HP and MP are always full before the fight.

More MP means more damage from Magic Burst. About 740 MP already hits hard, and getting closer to 999 MP makes the burst even stronger. Keep Encore going, keep giving Maribel Pass the Torch, and keep the clears clean and easy to do again.
