The E3 treasure map is one of the first maps that you'll be able to get your hands on. It can be found inside the town hall, and if it isn't visible right away, use your survivor sense to highlight it.

The treasure bound to this map can be found relatively easily, as it is nearby.

You'll not be able to unlock the room with a lockpick as it requires a specific key. To get your hands on it travel to the abandoned apartment of the building across the treasure location.

You want to drop down to a lower level across the ledge and climb through a window.

Inside, you'll be able to find a corpse on the floor, and when you load the body, it will provide you with the key that you need to unlock the treasure room.

After getting your hands on the key, return it to the treasurer's location near the restaurant area in the bell tower.

Head inside and move the cupboard out of the way to reveal the locker inside. You'll be able to get your hands on the treasure. The reward for the treasure map varies, but it often contains a few valuables.
