This guide covers the locations of Cog Tags of Act IV that you need to complete your collection before the story concludes in Gears of War: Reloaded.

Cog Tag #25 - Campus Grinder

Your first collectible in Act IV awaits at the chapter's opening moments. Move forward from your starting position and head to the right side of the area.

You need to jump up onto the elevated ledge near one of the staircases that provides access to the campus buildings. Search the area around this staircase to locate your Cog Tags. The collectible sits in plain view once you reach the correct ledge position in Gears of War: Reloaded.

Cog Tag #26 - Bad To Worse

The second collectible requires minimal effort to obtain. As soon as Bad To Worse begins, you will immediately notice a Crimson Omen positioned directly ahead of your starting location.

Simply walk straight forward from where the chapter places you and interact with the collectible to add it to your collection in Gears of War: Reloaded.

Cog Tag #27 - Imaginary Places

The final collectible of Act IV requires more exploration within the Phoenix Estate. Progress through the chapter until you reach the point where you must interact with a valve mechanism that grants access to the basement area.

Descend into the basement and navigate through the connecting hallways until you enter a room containing four pillars with a desk positioned in the center in Gears of War: Reloaded.

This Cog Tags collectible remains hidden beneath the central desk, which you must destroy to reveal it.

You can accomplish this destruction through gunfire or by using your chainsaw weapon. Once you have destroyed the desk, the Cog Tags will become visible underneath the debris, allowing you to collect the final item from Act IV in Gears of War: Reloaded.
