Lingonberry leather serves as a valuable crafting material in Grounded 2, but getting it requires specific preparation and knowledge of where to find the necessary resources.

This guide will take you step-by-step through the entire Lingonberry harvesting and leather-making process in Grounded 2.

Location and Directions

Take the main path up through the valley and head north to Pine Hill. Your destination is close to the Autographed Baseball landmark, on the boundary between Pine Hill and Fire Pit.

When you arrive at this location, search for a fallen log that leads into some bushes close to the bush wall. You will enter a more isolated and dark area where the lingonberries are growing along this path.

Equipment Needed

Make sure you have a bow and arrows in your supplies before you enter the Lingonberry area.

Because they are high on bushes, melee weapons cannot reach the berries. To get them, you'll have to shoot them down.

Additionally, you must have an Omniax Level Two tool to harvest the Berries properly after they fall in Grounded 2.

Prerequisites for Omniaxe Level Two

To craft the Omniaxe Level Two, you need Blueberry Leather and Roach Chunks. Blueberries can be found in the lower areas of the map.

Take these Blueberries to a Ranger Station and research them to unlock the ability to craft Blueberry leather. For roach chunks, visit the trash can area where Roaches spawn regularly.

Defeat these creatures to obtain the chunks you need. A third ingredient is also required, though it is easier to get than the other two components.

Harvesting Process

Once you enter the Berry area, you will see lingonberries scattered throughout the bushes. Use your bow to shoot down the Berries you want to collect.

Once you have eliminated them, equip your Level Two Omniaxe and gather the Berries that have fallen in Grounded 2.

To prevent losing the berries, be careful where you cut them, as they tend to move. When harvested, each berry produces Lingonberry Chunks.

Making the Leather

Given the distance you have to travel to get here, gather as many Lingonberry chunks as your inventory permits.

When you have enough chunks, return to any Ranger Station. Choose the Lingonberry Chunk from your inventory by locating the Resource Analyzer inside the station.

Examine this item to uncover the Lingonberry Leather recipe in Grounded 2.

Find a Workbench outside the ranger station, or make one if there aren't any nearby. Go to the resources tab in the Workbench interface, and you'll see that Lingonberry Leather is now a craftable item.
