You’ll need some platforming skills like jumping across dark ledges or stopping in certain places during the high-speed vehicle sections to find all 3 Skulls in Mission Ten: The Maw of Halo: Campaign Evolved.
This guide covers where to find the Stowed Reload, Boom, and Thunderstorm Skulls so you can collect them all without hassle.
Requirements and Gameplay Modifiers
Before starting, keep a few mechanics in mind. If you want to make your run much easier while searching for Skulls, you can adjust your custom damage modifiers in the game menu in Halo: Campaign Evolved
Navigate to gameplay settings and modify preset 01. Max out your shields, damage resistance, output damage, and ammo clips. Activating these options will not block Skull spawns, and it allows you to navigate dangerous areas and bypass enemy fire without taking damage.

How to Get the Stowed Reload Skull
The Stowed Reload Skull is located early in the mission inside the Cryo Bay. When you get to the Cryo Bay, go to the left side of the room and jump up to the catwalk.
Walk to the very end of the catwalk. You will see a strut positioned directly above a patch of fire, where the Stowed Reload Skull is sitting.
How to Get the Boom Skull
The Boom Skull requires some careful jumping inside the Engineering Room in Halo: Campaign Evolved
Head into the right side of the Engineering Room and make your way up toward the pillars that expose the engine cores.
Jump over these pillars to reach the platform on the far side of the room. From there, drop down onto the lower ledge. Follow the ledge to the end into the darkness, where you will find the Boom Skull.
How to Get the Thunderstorm Skull
The Thunderstorm Skull is hidden along the escape path during the final vehicle section in Halo: Campaign Evolved
Toward the beginning of the Warthog run, keep driving until you reach a specific tunnel. Pay close attention here, as this is the second tunnel of its kind. You will drive past an identical one right before it.
Drive about halfway down this second tunnel and look to your right. The Thunderstorm Skull is sitting on the ground right in front of the door.

FAQ
Q. Do gameplay modifiers disable Skull achievements in Halo: Campaign Evolved?
A. No. Using custom gameplay presets for max damage and invulnerability still allows you to collect Skulls and unlock their related achievements.
Q. Do I need to finish The Maw mission after collecting a Skull?
A. No. Once you pick up a Skull, it saves to your profile instantly. You can safely exit to the main menu without losing your progress.
Q. What happens if I miss the Thunderstorm Skull during the Warthog run?
A. If you drive past the second tunnel, you can stop your Warthog and walk back into the tunnel to grab the Thunderstorm Skull, as long as you have enough time left on the countdown timer.
