Find all 13 hidden Terminals to unlock the Law Have Mercy achievement in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
These secret Collectibles are scattered across both the base campaign and the Operation Meteorite missions. Here is how to find every single Terminal in the game.
Terminal #1: Approach (Pillar of Autumn)
You will find the Approach Terminal roughly halfway through the first mission, The Pillar of Autumn, in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
Once you reach the cryo control room where you encounter the Elite, proceed forward as if you are following the standard path. Turn back around and enter the adjacent cryo control room instead. The Terminal is located at the back of this room near a hidden Linda-058 easter egg.

Terminal #2: Forgotten (Halo)
The Forgotten Terminal is located on the second level, Halo, inside the natural cavern structure.
Drive your vehicle into the cavern until you reach a large window opening on the right side of the cave wall. Exit your Warthog, hop through the window, and drop down onto the ledge below. The Terminal is tucked safely underneath the rock overhang.
Terminal #3: Inquisitor (Truth and Reconciliation)
The Inquisitor Terminal is hidden aboard the Truth and Reconciliation during your push to locate Captain Keyes in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
When you enter the main atrium on the path to the holding blocks, you will see two distinct doors. The left door leads to the main prison cells, while the right door leads to a secondary holding area.
The right door remains locked initially. Proceed forward to rescue Captain Keyes, then backtrack to this atrium. With the right door now unlocked, head inside, drop the shield barriers, and locate the Terminal inside a dark cell next to a fallen Marine.
Terminal #4: Status Update (The Silent Cartographer)
You can collect the Status Update Terminal within the security substation on The Silent Cartographer.
After you shut down the security systems for the main facility, do not turn back around toward the entrance. Instead, continue forward onto the exterior balcony. The Terminal is hidden directly behind the wall at the back end of the vertical shaft.
Terminal #5: Tangent I (Assault on the Control Room)
The Tangent I Terminal is located on Assault on the Control Room right after exiting the ice cavern in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
As you emerge from the cavern, you will see a massive Forerunner tower directly ahead. Park your vehicle and head inside through the main entrance doors.
Clear out the Covenant forces occupying the chamber, then walk up the central ramp to the upper exterior balcony. You will find the Terminal resting in the corner near an active camouflage power-up.
Terminal #6: Tangent II (343 Guilty Spark)
The Tangent II Terminal appears on 343 Guilty Spark shortly after your first encounter with the Flood.
Proceed through the facility until you enter a room with numerous shotguns scattered across the floor. Turn around and move behind the structure in the middle of the room. The Terminal is mounted against the back wall in the shadows in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
Terminal #7: Tangent III (The Library)
The Tangent III Terminal is tucked away on The Library level.
Ride the first elevator down to the second floor and advance through the corridors until you reach the blast doors. Defend your position while 343 Guilty Spark unlocks the door. Instead of hitting the marked control panel on the right, interact with the unmarked panel on the left.
This opens an alternate door leading to a room covered in Flood biomass. You will find the Terminal beside the body of Sergeant Marvin Mobuto in Halo: Campaign Evolved.

Terminal #8: Alone (Two Betrayals)
The Alone Terminal is located on Two Betrayals immediately following the confrontation with 343 Guilty Spark.
Defeat the hostile Sentinels in the area, then turn around and head to the far side of the central control platform. The Terminal is mounted directly on the back face of the platform.
Terminal #9: Consumed (Keyes)
The Consumed Terminal is hidden within the Keyes level when you reach the shuttle bay.
Head straight forward into the shuttle bay, drop down to the lower level, and turn around. Go through the door that Cortana unlocks, which leads back into the interior of the Truth and Reconciliation.
Follow the corridor to the junction, clear out the Covenant enemies, and make two immediate left turns. The Terminal is set against a locked door in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
Terminal #10: Arrival (The Maw)
The Arrival Terminal is found on The Maw inside the vessel's cafeteria.
Reach the cafeteria section right before entering the ship's bridge. Eliminate all Covenant forces in the room, then check the alcove along the wall. The Terminal is mounted in a small gap right next to the vending machines.
Terminal #11: The Path (Boarding Action)
The Path Terminal is located on Boarding Action, the first Avery Johnson mission in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
Play through the level until you reach the chamber where Avery Johnson must activate the gravity lift. Once the lift turns on, ride it up, immediately turn around, and step through the unlocked door on your right. The Terminal is mounted directly to the Covenant wall panel.
Terminal #12: Penitent Report (The Most Dangerous Game)
The Penitent Report Terminal appears on The Most Dangerous Game, the second Avery Johnson mission.
About halfway through the level, you will enter a storage room filled with stasis pods containing Brutes. Turn around and walk through the double doors. The Terminal sits right next to a pile of hoarded UNSC supply crates in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
Terminal #13: Harmonious Clarity (Heavy Burden)
The final Terminal, Harmonious Clarity, is located on Heavy Burden, the third Avery Johnson mission.
Advance until you reach the large central chamber. Clear out all hostiles in the room to trigger the cinematic sequence. Once the cutscene ends, head to the bottom floor to find two newly unlocked doors.
Walk through them into the armory, then pass through the back door into the Covenant storage room. The Terminal rests on top of a central pedestal in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
