You can start this Wish after making progress in Bellhart and meeting certain story conditions. Once you've killed all the necessary enemies, a job board will show up in Bellhart where you can start this Wish. The goal is to help Creige at the Halfway Home deal with a Crow problem by gathering things to make a Scarecrow in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Getting Started

To find the Halfway Home, you'll have to go to Greymoor. Go east until you reach the Greymoor area if you are starting in Bellhart. You'll be spending most of your time at the Halfway Home on this Wish. Inside, you'll find Creige, who will describe what's going on.

As soon as you talk to Creige, he'll tell you about the Crows that have moved in on his roof. These birds are making him mad, and he needs your help making a Scarecrow to scare them away. To build this Scarecrow, he needs Ragpelts, which you can get by killing the Crows above his home in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Collecting Ragpels

To finish the Wish, you need to collect 25 Ragpelts. The good news is that there is a bench inside the Halfway Home that can be used as a respawn place if you run into any problems while collecting.

Get out of the Halfway Home and climb up to the roof where the Crows are sitting. About one to two birds will be on the roof every time you go there. Attacking these creatures from below is the best way to kill them because you have more control and efficiency in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

When you beat a crow, it will drop a Ragpelt that will slowly float to where you are. You'll have to wait until the thing falls all the way down before you can grab it.

Once you have retrieved all the dropped items, return to the Halfway Home and then exit again. The Crows will respawn on the roof after this process, so that you can start the collection loop again.

Completing the Wish

You need to keep going in and out of the building, climbing to the roof, killing the Crows, and taking their Ragpelts until you have all 25 things you need. Sometimes, you can review your list to see how far you've come toward achieving your goal in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Once you have collected all 25 Ragpelts, return to Creige in the Halfway Home, talk to him, and provide him with the necessary materials to complete the job. He'll make the dummy that will get rid of the Crows with these furs in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Wish Reward

When you're done, Creige will give you a Crafting Kit. This item is an enhancement for tools that increases damage, such as Throwing Knives and other similar Weapons. The Crafting Kit is a significant upgrade that makes the game more fun in Hollow Knight: Silksong.
