In the third chapter of Max Payne 3, you can find six Golden Gun parts and four Clues hidden within the stadium.
You can also find a hidden Easter Egg by watching a television in the room across the small soccer field from the doctor's office. Here is how to track down all the collectibles as you move through the level.
The Offices and Studios
After you are healed, leave the doctor's office and turn right. Push open the glass door to enter a small office. On the wall to your left, you will find a Picture of Victor. Next, head to the room where you press the first green button in Max Payne 3.
Walk down the short ramp to find a Bloodstain smeared on a set of double doors. Continue until you reach the room where Raul is questioning a man in a chair. Look for a side room that serves as a television studio. The first part of the Golden M10 is sitting inside that studio.
The Shop and Hallways
When you reach the sporting goods shop, look at the shelves beneath the large soccer team mural. You will find the first part of the Golden M82A1 there.
After the first sniping scene, you will enter a long stadium hallway with enemies on a catwalk above you. Look for a pillar on the outer wall to find another Bloodstain to examine in Max Payne 3.
The Bleachers and Memorial
Once you are out in the stadium seats and take down the first sniper, immediately turn around and walk to the bottom of the bleachers.
The second part of the Golden M10 is lying on the ground. After the big fight in the outdoor seats, you will move back inside to a VIP area filled with trophies. Look at the seats in this room to find the third part of the Golden M10.
In this same area, look for a display dedicated to the Claudio Memorial and examine it for your final clue in Max Payne 3.
The Final Climb
When you head back outside after seeing the memorial, go to the very bottom of the bleachers and turn left. You will find the second part of the Golden M82A1 at a dead end.
As you move toward the light tower for the final sniping section, you will be at the bottom of the bleachers again with enemies above you. Climb to the top of these seats and turn right.
Run to the far end of the platform to find the last part of the Golden M82A1. If you complete the sniping section with perfect aim, you will earn The One Eyed Man Is King achievement in Max Payne 3.
