You need to know how gear and Progression work if you want to stay alive. This guide explains how to handle your tools and skills to get through tough spots.

Managing Your Weapons
You will find many Pioner Weapons as you explore. These range from basic guns you put together yourself to high-end Warsaw Pact and Nato firearms.
Every gun feels different. You have to learn how to kick and aim them while you move. Using Attachments is a big part of this. You can add components to reduce recoil or speed up reloads.
You can also enable Optics to make your targets clearer. These parts are available at different quality levels. You should always look for better ones to swap in in Pioner.

Picking the Right Armor
Your Armor and Outfits are not just for looks. Each set does a specific job. Some help you survive an Anomaly, while others are built for PvE fights or PvP battles. You can tell how strong someone is just by looking at their gear. You must choose your clothes based on where you are going. If you wear the wrong thing for the job, you likely won't last long.

Building Your Skills
As you finish missions and win fights, you get points to spend on your character. This Progression lets you put points into paths for Crafting, Survival, or dealing with a Vendor. You can even get better at handling an Anomaly.
The skill trees are small. Even so, they change how you play. These skills help your gear work better. They make you more efficient whether you play in a group or go out by yourself in Pioner.

Hunting for Resources
If you want the best gear, you have to make it. You need to find Blueprints before you can start crafting new items. You get the materials you need by exploring or fighting in PvE and PvP. The most important things to find are Artifacts.
These usually sit right next to an Anomaly. They are the most valuable items you can carry. You need them for the best upgrades. Moving deeper into Tartarus is all about having the right materials and making wise choices in Pioner.
