The VIP Suite is in the courtyard of the care center. Head for the Main Desk as soon as you enter this room. There is a stand in front of it. This Lectern has two Helixes, but it needs a third piece to work.

Looking for the Hidden Piece

Don't pay attention to the other things in the room, like the Hourglass on the table. They are just there to keep you from concentrating. Look for a Wine Bottle at the entrance to the VIP Suite instead.

Take the wine bottle and turn it around in your hands. In Resident Evil Requiem, this action shows a Helix that is hidden inside the bottle.
