To secure the Star Quartz, which is the final piece of the set, you must complete several major steps. This process involves your previous work with the ID Wristbands, the Artificial Organs, and a specific companion named Emily.

Preparations and Required Items

There are a few things you need to do before you can solve the puzzle in the Security Manager's Office. In order to get the ID Wristband Level Two, you should have gotten the Artificial Heart and Artificial Lungs.

This wristband allows you to enter the Isolation Ward. Once there, you will reach the Security Manager's Office, where you will see a Puzzle Box covered in Braille. After a cutscene here, you will also receive the ID Wristband Level Three.

Rescuing Emily

Return to the Central Hall and go to the Guard Office. With your current items, you can now reach Emily in Resident Evil Requiem.

You must carry her back to the Security Manager's Office because she is the only one who can read the Braille on the box. If you need to fight enemies along the way, you can place her on a couch to keep her safe while you clear the path.

Navigating the Isolation Ward

Carrying Emily back to the Isolation Ward can be difficult depending on where enemies are standing.

One way to handle this is to head left and watch the movements of the guards. If a guard is blocking a hallway, you can flip a light switch to distract them and slip past.

If a Monster chases you, lead it to a door it cannot pass. Wait for the creature to give up and turn around. Once the path is clear, continue moving toward the Security Manager's Office.

The Security Manager’s Office Puzzle

When you arrive at the office with Emily, interact with the Puzzle Box to start a cutscene. Afterward, you will have to defend your position and kill a group of enemies. Once the room is clear, return to the Security Manager to trigger the final part of this sequence.

Claiming the Star Quartz

After the events in the office, you will have to navigate a long basement level. There is no traditional puzzle to solve at this point. Instead, you must complete the entire next area of the game. Once you reach the end of this basement section, you will finally receive the Star Quartz.
