To get the Artificial Lungs in Resident Evil Requiem, you have to start at the Central Hall. Go through the West Wing until you find a box in the Chairman's Office.

Look at it closely. This gives you a way to get into the Parlor. Inside that room, grab the East Wing Key Card. Now, go to the East Wing. Keep moving until you find the ID Wristband Level One.

Dealing with the Monster

A Monster will start chasing you in Resident Evil Requiem.. Run to the Waiting Room. The creature cannot get through the door there and will just walk on by.

This is your chance to go up to the next area. You will find the Sun, Moon, and Star Puzzle here. Inside, you will find the notes that tell you how to unlock things later.

Finding the Garage

Go back to the West Hall. Use your ID Wristband to open the door to the Garage. Walk to the back of this area to find the Organ Transport Box. Pick it up. You can look at it in your menu by using the examine command. Turn the box around and touch the back to show a panel.

Opening the Organ Transport Box

You need to follow the steps from the earlier notes. Turn the dial. Tap it several times so the piece moves to the middle. Flip the Fifth Switch down in Resident Evil Requiem.

Flip the Second Switch down. Turn the first part back to where it was. The box will open, and you can take the Artificial Lungs. Later, you will take these and a Heart to the Examination Room to get the ID Wristband Level Two.
