Here’s a guide on how to get the Artificial Heart in Resident Evil Requiem.

You need to go to the East Wing in Resident Evil Requiem to get the Artificial Heart. First, go to the Chairman's Office through the West Wing.

There is a box there. Check it out to find a Gem. Bring that Gem all the way down to the Parlor. There is a Hand inside the Parlor. You can get a Key Card by touching it.

Finding the ID Wristband

Use that card to enter the East Wing in Resident Evil Requiem.. Pass through the Examination Room and head toward the stairs. At the top, you can find the ID Wristband Level One.

You must have this item to reach the heart. If a Monster starts chasing you before you grab it, run down the stairs and hide behind the door. Wait there until the creature moves away. Once it is gone, sneak back up and take the ID Wristband Level One.

Getting the Wrench

Go back to the Central Hall. Look for the Security Point Level One. Your new wristband will let you through. Go inside the Custodian's Office. Look around the room to find the Wrench. You cannot finish this task without that tool.

Navigating the Kitchen

The fastest path in Resident Evil Requiem is to head up through the hallways. You might see a Zombie, but you can just go past it. Walk toward the stairs but stop and crouch before you get too close.

You need to wait for the Chef to leave. If you have a Hemolytic Injector, you can use it to kill him, but waiting is safer. If you stay quiet, the Chef will walk away and other enemies will turn their backs. This allows you to walk right past them without a fight.

Entering Cold Storage

Head to the Cold Storage room. This is located at the top left of the West Wing on the first floor. Use your Wrench on the door. The tool will work automatically to let you inside. Once you are in the room, you can pick up the Artificial Heart.
