Silent Hill: Townfall Guide | How to Complete the Blood Bag Mission

The Many Into One section in Silent Hill: Townfall takes place in the altered Medical Center. Find five blood bags, use two to open sealed wards, collect the remaining three, then solve two transfusion puzzles.

To complete this section, you need all five blood bags, the Ward W and Ward P Master Keys, and the release valves.

Get the Medical Center - Different Map

After entering Medical Center – Different, head through the upper-floor hallway and pick up the map from the counter near the metal door.

This makes navigating the different wards much easier.

Find Alan Duncan's Blood Bag

From the central area, take the right-hand hallway and go through the door at the end.

Crouch through the vent to enter the next room. You will find Alan Duncan's Blood Bag beside the bed.

Pick up Zoe's Patient List from the table beside the tape player as well. The list marks the locations of the remaining blood bags on your map.

Open the S.W. Door

Return to the central area and go to the transfusion machine beside the door marked S.W.

Place Alan Duncan's Blood Bag into the machine and activate the transfusion switch.

This opens the route into Ward S and Ward W.

Find Sarah Watson's Blood Bag

Enter Ward S and follow the route around to Room 05.

Sarah Watson's Blood Bag is beside the bed.

Take it and keep it for the final blood-bag puzzle.

Get the Ward W Master Key

Head down into Ward W and enter Room W04.

The Ward W Master Key is on the table inside.

Use this key to open the required locked rooms in Ward W.

Find Lesley Greer's Blood Bag

Use the Ward W Master Key to open Room W13.

Inside, use the ladder to reach the upper section of the ward. Follow the route into Room S12, where you will find Lesley Greer's Blood Bag beside the bed.

Open the D.P. Door

Return to the central area and find the transfusion machine beside the D.P. door.

Place Lesley Greer's Blood Bag into the machine and activate the switch.

This opens the route toward Ward D and Ward P.

Find George McEwan's Blood Bag

Enter Ward P and look for the vent route near Room 06.

Crawl through the vent and continue through the rooms until you reach the lower section.

Go to Room P10 and collect George McEwan's Blood Bag.

You will also obtain the Ward P Master Key here.

Find Matthew Clark's Blood Bag

With the Ward P Master Key, head toward the elevator area.

Go to Ward D, Room D02 and interact with the elevator button. This sends the elevator containing Matthew Clark's Blood Bag down to the lower level.

Go to Ward P, Room P03 and use the Ward P Master Key to enter.

The blood bag is inside the elevator area. Pick up Matthew Clark's Blood Bag.

Escape the Locked Area

Picking up Matthew's Blood Bag causes the gates to close, trapping you in the area.

Activate two release valves to reopen the route.

The valves are in Rooms D05 and D10 on the upper floor. Watch for the large enemy patrolling this section, and use nearby closets to hide when needed.

Solve the Final Blood Bag Puzzle

Return to the main transfusion area.

Three empty positions need to be filled. Place the bags in this order:

Left, farthest from the door: Sarah Watson

Left, closest to the door: Matthew Clark

Right: George McEwan

Then activate the Transfuse switch.

This opens the next section containing the final blood-type puzzle.

Solve the Ordell Blood-Type Puzzle

The next puzzle has a circular mechanism with ORDELL in the center.

Check Simon's medical wristband in your inventory. His blood type is A+.

The blood-compatibility clues show which blood types can donate to Simon. The three bags you need to connect to the center are:

T.F. - Thomas Fergusson

H.M. - Hannah McGregor

S.W. - Sarah Watson

Rotate the circular sections until T.F., H.M., and S.W. are connected to ORDELL.

Then interact with the center of the circle to complete the puzzle.

Finish Many Into One

Once you solve the blood-type puzzle, the route forward opens.

Follow the newly accessible path to Room 204. Reaching this room completes Many Into One and progresses the story into the next section.
