Here's a guide on how to complete the summit climb and final battles in Tomb Raider.

You start in a windy room. To move forward, you'll need to solve a puzzle, climb through tricky areas, and fight your way through several battles, ending with a boss fight and a final showdown.

Wind Puzzle and Initial Traversal

Inside the windy room, pull a weighted bell. This allows the wind to catch a hanging bell and swing it into a barricade, breaking it. Proceed by using a rope to reach a rope-wrapped bell.

The platform beneath Lara will collapse. From the falling balance beam, transfer to the next platform.

Climbing Sequence Past the Buddha Statue

Make a series of jumps to reach climbable surfaces. Ascend using the lattice work when the walls end.

Near the climbable walls by a Buddha statue, you must fall briefly, then immediately catch the wall again with your Climbing Axe by pressing the reload button rapidly. Work around the obstacle to reach a cave entrance. Continue climbing up the wall past the statue. This climb is straightforward.

First Battle Against Cultists

The first combat encounter begins here. Multiple cultists attack. Use all available weapons. The Handgun or Assault Rifle is recommended for its magazine capacity. Save your Shotgun for a later enemy. After eliminating the first wave, blow up a barrel on an upper platform.

Move forward to trigger a strong wind. This wind blows enemies away, causes stone collapses, and clears the path to the next zone.

Second Battle and Dynamite Throwers

The second battle is similar. Position Lara at the base of the enemies who throw dynamite. From here, you can avoid most explosives while shooting the ground-level enemies.

You may use the Grenade Launcher here. After the battle, another gust of wind causes more destruction. Jump from the area to a rocky pillar, then from the pillar to a climbable wall leading to the final confrontation.

Boss Battle: The Big Oni

The Big Oni is only vulnerable on its unarmored back. Dodge past the boss when it attacks with its club, then quickly turn and shoot its back.

After enough damage to its back, it becomes vulnerable to a finishing move. You must repeat this process multiple times to kill it.

Additional Oni Archers and Ammunition

After you injure the Big Oni several times, two additional Oni Archers appear. For infinite ammunition during this fight, loot the two dead cultists on the ground before the Oni defeats you.

Final QTE Confrontation with Mathias

You will face Mathias in a final sequence. Defeat him by correctly following a series of quick-time button and control prompts. Pay close attention to the on-screen displays for your specific system.
