BioWare Teasing New Dragon Age Announcement

BioWare has been heavily marketing Anthem for its release this 2019 but it looks like the studio has more games in development. BioWare is teasing a new installment in the Dragon Age series.

In a blog post for November BioWare's Casey Hudson stated:

“If you’ve been following these blogs, or myself and Mark Darrah on Twitter, you know we’re also working on some secret Dragon Age stuff.  Dragon Age is an incredibly important franchise in our studio, and we’re excited to continue its legacy.  Look for more on this in the coming month (though I won’t tell you where to look…)”

Whether this means a new Dragon Age game is coming soon is yet to be seen. However, considering what happened with Mass Effect Andromeda and the recent desire to publish mobile titles using acclaimed franchises fans are being hesitant about this announcement.

Hudson has confirmed that he'll be at The Game Awards 2018 and Geoff Keighley has confirmed 10 new video game announcements so it might be one of them. We'll have to wait and see.

Dragon Age III: Inquisition is now available for PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
