Borderlands 2 announced!

2K Games and Gearbox Software officially announced the release of Borderlands 2. The rumor was confirmed and the sequence of the explosive Borderlands is currently under development. The sequel will combine new gadgets, bringing new characters, environments, enemies, weapons and equipment. Fans and onlookers may give the first look at the game at Gamescom 2011, which is between 17 and 21 August.
 

The current issue of Game Informer magazine will bring a great exclusive report, covering further details on the history and the launch of the new game. 2K Games and Gearbox promise the game for the 1st of April 2012, concerning the beginning of Take-Two's financial year . Borderlands 2 will be released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
