Going gold means that Call of Cthulhu's development has finished. Developers are without a doubt playing through the game to ensure everything is working, so we should expect a day one patch for any issues.
Call of Cthulhu has players taking control of Edward Pierce, a private detective during 1924. Unchallenged with life this detective dedicates most of his time consuming pills and drinking until a mysterious case lands on his desk. Set to Hawkins family home to investigate their death Pierce will travel to an island near Boston to find out more and discover that this case is more than he could of hope for. And something he should've ignored.
Call of Cthulhu launches on October 30th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
