Die After Sunset's First Major Early Access Update

First of the Early Access upgrades to rogue-lite shooter Die After Sunset has been released by PQube and Playstark, the publisher and developer of the game.

With a unique light and darkness dynamic, adversaries become more powerful in the shadows. In a race against time, it is up to you to arm yourself with a dizzying assortment of equipment, gadgets, and weaponry to defeat the enormous Murkor monsters!

 

Death, however, is merely a means to a greater goal, for every setback will only make you more resilient. For your next run, you'll need to get your hands on as many Mukus as possible from the slain Murkors.

This update includes a brand new level where you get to visit the icy village of Yggdrasil and aid them against the Murkor threat. Items like the 'Pocket Shield' and 'Fire Drone' are added to the menu and as well as a new boss that shows up after the sunset. Additionally, more Bug Fixes & Game Balancing are part of this update.

There will be more to come! The next several months will bring a slew of additional features, including co-op gaming and whole new characters and levels.
