It's not The Evil Within 3 but the latest game from Sinji Mikami looks just as unnerving. Called GhostWire: Tokyo centers on supernatural ghosts.
Best way to describe it is like the show The Leftovers but with ghosts. The supernatural horror has players heading into the streets of Tokyo to face to figure out why people are suddenly disappearing.
