Hideo Kojima Will Be Inducted into the AIAS Hall of Fame

Hideo Kojima will be inducted in the AIAS Hall of Fame at this year’s 19th D.I.C.E. Awards Ceremony next month. The award will be presented to Kojima by acclaimed director Guillermo del Toro, whom Kojima previously worked with when Silent Hill was in development.
Kojima will be the 21st member inducted into the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame. Other notable figures inducted into the AIAS were Shigeru Minamoto, the founders of BioWare, Dr. Greg Zeschuk and Dr. Ray Muzyka, Tim Sweeney, the CEO of Epic games, the founders of RockStar Games Dan and Sam Houser, John Carmack and many more.
Last December Kojima revealed that he was working on a new exclusive project for Sony that will also release on the PC.
