Following a discussion on the ResetEra forums, an IO developer has confirmed that the latest Hitman game will also offer updates for 1 and 2.

The release of Hitman 3 will bring screen space reflections to Hitman 1 and 2, improving visual fidelity and realism at less of a drain on the engine.
The developer from the forum writes:
"We definitely had reflections in the other two games, but we have indeed upgraded the engine with screenspace reflections and so there will be much more reflected goodness this time around. As an example, the Paris fashion show catwalk floor is now fully reflecting the models and the rest of the room, making the whole scenario look way more impressive."
The developer also spoke on how they've used new data management and compression techniques, to reduce the entire trilogy's overall file size to around 100 Gigabytes:
"All three games with all content will take up around 100GB."
"Biggest wins are because of data management and file structures and how we deliver the game so we could remove duplicate data. We also use newer and better compression for textures—that helps too."
Hitman 3 is set for release on January 20th, and will feature the first two games for free. The game will release as a timed exclusive on the Epic Store for PC. It will also launch for both next and previous generation consoles and will release on the Nintendo Switch later on down the line, playable through cloud streaming.
