Janemba Leaked as Next Dragon Ball FighterZ Character

Recently, Goku from Dragon Ball GT was released as the new playable fighter for Dragon Ball FigherZ. Now, it seems that the next DLC character will be Janemba from Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn.

Janemba, like all villains from the movie series, technically isn't canon to the Dragon Ball universe but like the Dragon Ball Z movie version of Broly, he may be coming to the game either way. 

As reported by Eventhubs, during an episode of "This Week on Xbox" Xbox's Major Nelson revealed the new updates coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ such as GT Goku and Janemba. This is the first mention of the character and most likely a mistake slip of the tongue on Major Nelson's part.

Neither Bandai Namco or developer Arc System Works have confirmed the fighter but considering it came from Microsoft it's likely true. Since GT Goku released so recently we likely won't see a confirmation for weeks, maybe at E3 2019.

The current season 2 roster includes Dragon Ball Super Broly and Gogeta, Goku GT, Videl, and Jiren. 1 last fighter is yet to be revealed for season 2 of Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is now available for PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
