New Fallen Earth iPhone App

The people at FALLEN EARTH, LLC, and Icarus Studios Inc., are bringing us an iPhone application centred on their massively multiplayer online game – Fallen Earth. However, this one won’t be simplifying or ‘dumbing-down’ the game to fit in your pocket, instead the app will allow users to connect directly to the online game server and interact with their game; allowing access it just as long as they have their iPhone handy.

Players will be able to do a multitude of thing’s, such as: viewing in-game character stats, trade skills and recipes, trade items at a virtual Auction House, and even chat to others via chat rooms and private messaging.

Dave Haydysch, Project Manager is excited by what they’ve achieved, "Fallen Earth fans will have the ability to interact with the game when away from their PCs in a way never before seen in an MMO." He continues, "With the Fallen Earth iPhone app, players will be able to play many aspects of the game in real-time while on-the-go."

The app is due for release in the first quarter of 2010.
