New Image of Death Stranding Shows Guillermo del Toro

Last night during the Academy Awards, director Guillermo del Toro took home the Oscar for Best Picture and Best Director for his film The Shape of Water. While he wasn't there friend and acclaimed game designer Hideo Kojima congratulated del Toro with a special image from his appearance within the Death Stranding.

The tweet and picture, seen above, doesn't reveal anything about the game and is in the same pose we've seen him in the trailer.

Death Stranding is Hideo Kojima's latest game that also stars Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen, Troy Baker, and Emily O'Brien. We don't know much about it with the exception of ominous trailers.

Death Stranding is now in development for PS4.
