New information about the Metal Gear Solid: Legacy Edition

More information about Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Edition has been released. On the official Japanese site new information about a "100-page artbooker filled with [series artist Yoji] Shinkawa's work" (Translated using Google).
Unfortuantely this information is only included on the Japanese site and not on the North American one, probably stated that this artbook won't be coming to the states version. In addition the North American site states that Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions will be Sony Entertaiment Network dowloads using vouchers.
