Nintendo Celebrates The Legend of Zelda's 30th Anniversary with new Amiibos and the Re-Release of Skyward Sword

Today Nintendo announced new The Legend of Zelda amiibos coming this year and that Skyward Sword will now be available on the Nintendo Wii U eShop in celebration of The Legend of Zelda 30th anniversary.
Previously released on Wii in 2011 The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword details the origins of the Master Sword and Link's journey to save Zelda.
Also releasing are three new amiibos from The Legend of Zelda: 8-bit Link, Ocarina of Time Link, and a two-pack that includes Wind Waker Link and Wind Waker Zelda. These amiibos will have the same functionality as the original series but will also include exclusive functions for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
The Link series amiibos will launch December 2nd.
