PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is Free to Play on Xbox One This Weekend

Microsoft announced today that the Xbox One version of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, the game that sparked the current battle royale fever, is having a free weekend. Starting today, anyone with a Gold subscription can download and play the game for free until April 22.

It's worth noting that the Xbox One version is behind the PC version, as the former is still in active development via Xbox Game Preview, which is essentially Microsoft's answer to Steam Early Access. Not all features of the PC version will be available on Xbox One, as such.
