Rockstar Games Dates Red Dead Redemption

Red Dead Redemption is a hotly anticipated western third-person shooter from Rockstar Games. It will take place in an open sandbox environment and feature gameplay elements similar to those of Grand Theft Auto.

The game will succeed Red Dead Revolver, which has sold over 1.5 million copies to date. It has received good reviews from GameSpot and IGN and earned an average rating of 75% on Game Rankings, which is based on many respected sources.

Rockstar has announced that the game will be released in April of next year for both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. However, they revealed that no exact release will be announced until December.
