Rumor: PS4 Neo Announcement Coming in September

Another day, another rumor; this one surprisingly not about Nintendo's NX but Sony's PS4 Neo. According to this rumor Sony will reveal their mid-generation upgrade for the PS4 this September.
Game Blog, a French gaming site, stating that: “While all indications pointed to an announcement of the PS4 NEO at the Tokyo Game Show in September, our sources tell us an announcement on 7 September in New York”.
Given the steam that the Xbox Scorpio has been getting, revealing that development has begun for software, and TGS right around the corner this would be the perfect time to reveal Sony's new console.
Sony has already confirmed its existence, let us see it already!
