Some interesting PC sales
News by Jesse Dolman on May 08, 2011
It's Sunday, and there's only one evening left before most of us have to go back to work, college or the line in front of the dole office. Before going to bed, though, you still have the chance to benefit of some online sales to fulfill your gaming needs for many weekends to come. Here's a comprehensive list of some of the most worthwhile offers.
First off, there's Steam, always good for a discount or two. Today, they conclude their EA sale week by offering us a price reduction on the following games (European prices):
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for €13,60 (-66%)
Battlefield: Bad Company Vietnam DLC for €6,49 (-50%)
Battlefield: Bad Company 2: SPECACT Kit Upgrade for €2,49 (-50%)
Battlefield 2: Complete Collection for €5 (-75%)
Medal of Honor 2010 for €14,99 (-50%)
Medal of Honor: Airborne for €2,50 (-75%)
If you're quick, you can also get some games that have yet to be released at a discount pre-order price. Direct2Drive offers a 25% discount on any of these upcoming games if you pre-order now:
Battlefield 3
F.E.A.R. 3
Red Faction Armageddon
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings
DiRT 3
Saints Row The Third
And many more.
In case you haven't yet familiarised yourself with The Witcher 1, the Director's Cut Enhanced Edition (what a cool subtitle) is available on GOG.com for €/$5 from the 10th to the 24th of May. Highly recommended.

In the end, it seems there's enough choice for us lucky PC gamers. But remember, whatever you buy, there's no touching until the weekend. ;)
