The Binding of Isaac Creator Teases new Project

The creator of The Binding of Isaac, Edmund McMillen, is working on a new platformer that incorperates shooting and you guessed it platforming.

This isn't The Legend of Bum-bo, the other game that McMillen is working on, instead this project has no name. From the video you can see some shooting elements and jumping. McMillen even calls the video "more thingy".

McMillen told Eurogamer that the project is being developed for PC and Mac, with a console release being "a big possibility".

“No name yet so we are just leaking out early teases for now, all I can say is I think most would describe it as a Mega Man / Isaac-like, but a platformer with really tight controls,” he told the site, explaining that he's working on both this The Legend of Bum-bo.

Judging from the death animation I assume that McMillen took some inspiration from Mega Man. Hopefully it won't suffer the same fate as Mighty No. 9.
