The Cinematic Trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops Season 2 is Out Now

The new trailer for the hotly anticipated Season 2 of Black Ops Cold War has been released.

As this was a cinematic trailer there wasn’t any gameplay shown, but there were snippets of story details as well as the identification of possible new weapons. 

The trailer began by showing what is presumably the new playable Operators flying through a jungle in Laos.

The trailer then cuts to a cornered soldier who is mercilessly shot by someone called Naga - presumably the villain. He’s working to secure a shipment of the chemical weapon Nova 6.

As the presumed Operators touch down and open fire on a group of assailants, they’re joined by another soldier wielding a Cross-Bow. The Galil and Mini-Gun are also seen.

The trailer only really teases at the new season, so we’ll have to wait and see what the next week or so brings.

Season 2 of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War releases as a free update on February 25th.
