Mastering the art of netrunning and deadly close-quarters fighting are both essential skills for making a character that looks like Lucy.
With this build, you become a powerful hacker who can destroy foes by controlling Cyberspace and using precise Monowire fighting in Cyberpunk 2077.
You'll be the best on the battlefield if you can hack things quickly and kill people with your bare hands.
You'll be the right mix of digital warfare and physical strength in Cyberpunk 2077.

Attribute Distribution
You should put most of your attention on Intelligence because it's the most essential trait for any quick hacking build.
Putting as much money as possible into this number will help you reach your full Netrunner potential.
To get the most out of your Cyberware, you'll also need a lot of points in Technical Ability.
The main parts of your character's powers are these two traits that work together.

Essential Perks
Your best abilities are in the Intelligence tree, with Overclock being the most important.
This perk is your ultimate power; it dramatically increases the damage done by quick hacks, speeds up the rate at which RAM recovers, and lets you use quick hacks even when your RAM stocks are full in Cyberpunk 2077.
Because of this, it is necessary for long-lasting battles.
Embedded Exploit and Hack Queue are two more critical Intelligence tree bonuses.
In particular, Hack Queue changes the way you fight by letting you use multiple quick hacks against targets at the same time.
With this skill, you become much more potent on the battlefield in Cyberpunk 2077.
Get the Siphon perk to improve your Monowire synergy. It lets you recover RAM during Monowire hits.
This creates a continuous battle loop between your hacking and melee skills. Finisher Livewire from the Intelligence tree makes your Monowire even more potent in Cyberpunk 2077.

If you have the Phantom Liberty DLC, the Jailbreak and Data Tunneling perks from the Relic tree should be your top priorities.
Without these additions, your general netrunning skills would be much worse.
From the Technical Ability tree, License to Chrome is a must-have because it enhances almost every build setup in the game, making your cyberware as valuable as it can be.
Cyberware Selection
Lucy's Monowire, which is also your primary melee weapon, must be your defining weapon. This choice directly links your build to the character's inspiration, making it very useful in battle.
Support your ability to hack quickly by adding software that makes this possible.
RAM Reallocator, XDisk, and Memory Boost can all help you hack better and should be at the top of your list when you're loading up your computer.

Cyberdeck Options
For the best quick hacking performance, the Tetronic Rippler Mark 5 is the best pick. Quick hacks are more complicated to pull off with this Cyberdeck because it boasts the basest RAM in the game and deals a lot more damage in License to Chrome.
Because of its better specs, it is the only choice if you are a serious Netrunner.
If you'd rather focus on Monowire fighting than just hacking, consider looking at the Militech Paraline instead.
There are electrical damage bonuses for Monowires on this Cyberdeck, as well as other helpful effects that support your close-range strategy.
You have a lot of options for weapons and secondary stats because your main strength comes from quick hacks and Monowire fighting in Cyberpunk 2077.
