End of Abyss Guide | How to Find the Service Access Card

The Service Access Card is a Key Item in End of Abyss that allows access to restricted service areas within the Reactor. You can't get this card immediately, but you will find doors that require this card on Basement Level 3 (B3). First, you need to fix the Security System to unlock the room with the card.

Progress through the main story until you reach the Reactor and receive the objective to activate the Power Cells.

You will come across a door that requires the Service Access Card while exploring Basement Level 3. But the card itself is hidden behind a different door that the security system first locks.

Restore the Security System

Before collecting the card, you must restore the Security System as part of the Power Cell objective.

Explore the basement level 3 until you locate the Security Door Controls terminal. To get to this terminal, you have to get through a ventilation passage that opens up after an enemy breaks through its grate.

Interact with the terminal and activate the Security Door Controls to unlock the restricted doors.

Enter the Unlocked Room

After restoring the Security System, return to the previously locked room on Basement Level 3.

The indicator on the door will now be blue to show that access has been reestablished. Go to the door, and it opens automatically.

Enter the room and look for the Service Access Card.

Collect and Use the Service Access Card

Retrieve the Service Access Card. The description confirms reactor service access.

You can now return to the doors requiring this card and use it to explore previously inaccessible sections of the Reactor.

You can restore the Security System to unlock the room where the Service Access Card is kept. Collect it, and you’ll be able to get into restricted areas of the Reactor for service.
