In Ghost of Yōtei, you can complete the Atago Bamboo Strike by following a specific process to avoid being struck by lightning during the challenge. 

When you arrive at the Atago Bamboo Strike location and attempt to begin, you will notice that lightning frequently strikes the area, interrupting your progress and making it impossible to complete the sequence.

Clearing the Area

To prevent the lightning from striking while performing the Atago Bamboo Strike, you must first clear the surrounding area of all weapons. Pick up every weapon located nearby and throw them away from your immediate position. Continue removing each one until the area is clear in Ghost of Yōtei.

Completing The Bamboo Strike

Once all weapons have been discarded at a safe distance, you can proceed to interact with the Bamboo Strike once again. With the lightning no longer striking your position, you will now be able to complete the challenge successfully. This will mark the completion of the Atago Bamboo Strike in Ghost of Yōtei.
