The Kanemori’s Two Faced Cursed Mask is one of the masks striking and powerful masks that you can get your hands on in the game.

It possesses a rich history and a curse that is capable of significantly increasing your damage potential, at the risk of damage received. Making it a high-risk risk higher award item perfect for assassin-type builds.

You’ll be able to get your hands on the mask in Otaru Beach, around the settlement compound, and the camp area.

When you set up a camp at that location, it will trigger a visit from a merchant who may offer to sell you the mask.

But the chances of it happening are pretty random, so it’ll probably take you a few tries before the item becomes available to you.

When the merchant comes, you’ll want to check the inventory to see if the mask is listed. When purchased, it will unlock the mask in the gear menu, and according to the merchant’s dialogue, it is said to be haunted by the eventful spirit of the previous owner, cursed by the horrific nature of their past deeds.

Since the Kanemori’s Two Faced Cursed Mask has a trade-off and combat, you will want to mitigate the risk by pairing the mask with a strong defensive armour, said as the Armor of the Undying, which can help you sustain during long fights.

When you combine the mass with powerful charms and abilities, it further enhances its overall potential, turning you into a glass cannon capable of taking down enemies rapidly.

Hair strategy with the mass should be to stay aggressive, as your boosted attack powers can take on enemies before they even have the opportunity to culture. But you will want to be careful against archers and other ranged enemies.

You won’t be able to dye or recolor the mask, though I don’t see how anyone would want to when you consider the mask is one of the most distinctive pieces in the game, containing intricate patterns and menacing designs that fit well with its lore.
