This guide will help you navigate to the Picnic Table region and successfully reach the O.R.C Transmission Device in Grounded 2.

The route involves climbing onto the table surface and accessing equipment underneath, so prepare accordingly before beginning this journey in Grounded 2.

Getting Started at the Picnic Table Region

Navigate to the Picnic Table area and locate the specific spot where the Cloth lies on the ground.

You'll need to move past a Bottle that sits nearby. Look for a particular fold in the cloth material and follow it upward.

For this section, you should walk instead of using an Ant companion because the Ant will make the climb very difficult in Grounded 2.

Carefully follow the fold pattern to the cloth's edge. You can continue your ascent by climbing up and crossing the Butter Knife from here.

Although they are not necessary for the primary goal, you will come across a variety of optional collectibles while traversing this area, such as science points and harvestable materials.

Getting Around Under the Picnic Table Cover

Descend through the area to reach the space underneath the Picnic Table blanket.

A Spider inhabits this region, but you can avoid confrontation by climbing on top of nearby objects and dropping down strategically.

Alternatively, you can simply run past the Spider if you prefer a direct approach in Grounded 2.

Getting to the Briefcases

This section contains two Briefcases, each of which must be unlocked with a particular combination. One-three-seven is the combination used in the first Briefcase.

Press the latch to open it after entering these numbers sequentially. The combination five-one-four is needed for the second briefcase on the other side.

To obtain access, enter the numbers once more and turn on the Latch in Grounded 2.

These combinations can be discovered elsewhere on the table, but using the provided codes saves time and effort.

Each Briefcase contains a Milk Molar and harvestable materials. There is also a Golden Molar here, but it can only be accessed with a Level Two Hammer, which isn't always present in save files.

You can harvest other things from the surrounding area, such as Candy, Pepper, and Mint.

Going into the Cooler Area

Continue toward the Cooler area, keeping in mind that you cannot enter this section with your bug companion.

Be aware of a potential bug that could cause your bug to despawn permanently, even if it's not visible in the game world, and will still appear on your interface.

The Cooler environment will cause you to become chilled, with the effect's frequency depending on your armor quality. Better armor provides increased resistance to the cold effect.

When chilled, you'll be temporarily frozen, so bring medical supplies to counteract this status in Grounded 2.

Until you arrive at the illuminated area above, where the cold no longer affects you, the chilling effect persists.

Arriving at the Upper Picnic Table

You will be on the top part of the Picnic Table after you have climbed into the lighted area.

From this position, the O.R.C. Transmission Device is visible. Examine a nearby container containing several Blueberries before proceeding to the device.

Collecting Blueberries from this location proves beneficial since obtaining them elsewhere requires traveling to the southeast corner of the map, where a Blueberry Bush grows.

You must, however, either evade detection or confront the threat head-on in Grounded 2 because a Spider guards this Berry collection area.

Reaching the Goal

Find the O.R.C. Transmission Device on the top surface of the picnic table. To start the hacking process, go up to the device and hold the interaction key.

This part of your exploration of the Picnic Table area in Grounded 2 is finished when you successfully hack the O.R.C. Transmission Device.
