Getting to the O.R.C. Transmitter located on top of the trash can requires careful preparation and navigation.
This area presents unique challenges that demand specific equipment and strategic climbing techniques.
The Transmitter is located far above the entrance area and can only be reached by a challenging parkour route that will challenge your climbing abilities in Grounded 2.

Equipment Needed
You need to get a Gas Mask before you can try this climb.
This vital piece of gear shields you from the elements while you're climbing.
You must first gather a few specific components needed to craft the gas mask in Grounded 2.
Stink Bug Parts
Locate and defeat a Stink Bug just south of the trash can. This enemy releases poison clouds around itself, making direct combat dangerous.
Use ranged weapons like Arrows to maintain distance while fighting. Circle the Stink Bug while shooting to avoid its poison attacks.
Having your Ant companion assist makes this encounter more manageable.
Parts of Weevils
To get the required crafting supplies, locate and kill at least one Weevil.
Be prepared to hunt several Weevils if necessary, as these enemies may not drop the required Weevil Head on the first kill.
Gnat Fuzz
Hunt Gnats close to puddles on the map to gather Gnat Fuzz. These tiny animals are frequently found near water sources.
Use spears or ranged weapons to take them down, then harvest them for the required Gnat Fuzz in Grounded 2.

Crafting the Gas Mask
Gather the following supplies and head to a workbench with them: Gnat Fuzz, Crude Rope, Stink Bug Part, and Weevil Nose.
If you haven't already, make Crude Rope from simple materials. Before starting the ascent, put on the Gas Mask and outfit it using your inventory.
Position of Start
From the western side, approach the trash can. Find a log that will be your starting point for climbing.
Access to a stick that signifies the start of your vertical journey is made possible by this Log in Grounded 2.

Climbing Technique
There are difficult, precise parkour sections on the ascent. For some jumps, you might need your Ant companion because some gaps are too significant to cross on foot.
However, the Ant can become problematic in tight spaces where it might cause you to fall or get stuck.
Navigation Challenges
Progress upward by jumping between various objects and surfaces. The route includes Rope sections and narrow passages where you must dismount your Ant to continue.
Set your Ant to stay in safe locations to prevent it from wandering into danger in Grounded 2.
Environmental Hazards
Watch for Cockroaches and other enemies that may attack during your climb. The parkour sections are unforgiving, and falling typically results in death.
Take each jump carefully and ensure secure footing before proceeding.

Reaching the Transmitter
Continue climbing through the Spoon area and other landmarks until you reach the top of the trash can.
The O.R.C. Transmitter awaits at the summit.
Interact with the device to hack it and complete your objective. Remember to retrieve your Ant companion if you brought one before descending from the Trash Can in Grounded 2.
