In Hollow Knight: Silksong, you can take up many wishes or quests from different friendly NPCs; one such quest is The Roach Guts Quest, which can be found in the area Sinner's Road.

What You Need to Complete the Roach Guts Quest

You will need the cling grip ability and the dash for this quest.

Location of the Muckroaches

The quest can be found in the area Sinner's Road. To activate the quest, you must make your way to the rightmost part of the bench found at the center of Sin Road.

After arriving there, you must make your way to the top of this location and parkour off a wall and pogo off a few suspended blades, moving to the right.

Once you do so, you will find yourself at a structure with a glowing door. Upon entering it, you will find an NPC sitting in the corner.

Upon speaking with them, you can activate the quest in the form of a wish, upon which they ask you to collect the guts of 10 Muckroaches.

Finding the Muckroaches

You can find the Muckroaches all over Sinner's Road. You can find 3 in the crossroads between Grey Moor and Sin Road.

You can find 2 directly above the section where you accepted the quest. After resting on a bench, you can get the Muckroaches to respawn, allowing you to farm the guts.

Killing the MuckRoaches

The Muckroaches themselves are a medium-high difficulty opponent; they take about 6 hits based on your upgrades and have two critical attacks: their lunge attack, which deals 2 masks of damage, and damage based on contact, which deals one. Making them very annoying and a pain to kill due to their health.

The best way to deal with these, I find, is to bait their lunge attacks out, then dodge away from them, and then get hits on them.

You can alternatively pogo on them if you are proficient with it. But stay wary not to get hit by them as they lunge.

Finally, After Collecting all the roach guts, you must take them back to the NPC so that you can collect your reward.
