For the Berry Picking quest in Hollow Knight: Silksong, you need to find and pick four Mossberries that are spread out in the Bonebottom and Moss Grotto areas in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Talking to the Moss Druid starts this sidequest, and when you finish it, you'll get the Druid's Eye Crest amulet. You don't have to pick the Berries in a particular order; you can do it before taking the quest if you'd rather.

How to Start the Berry Picking Quest

Find the Moss Druid in the top right corner of the Mosshome area in Bonebottom to start the Berry Picking quest.

To accept the quest, talk to the Moss Druid. If you have already gathered any Mossberries, you can finish the quest right away after taking it.

First Mossberry Location

The southwestern part of Moss Grotto is where you can find your first Mossberry. Make your way through the area by the platforms to reach the higher art of the zone.

Head to the top right corner of the room to find the Mossberry ready for you to pick it up in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Second Mossberry Location

As you go up through Moss Grotto, you can see the second Mossberry. Regular attacks, on the other hand, can't hit this Mossberry.

You must use an enemy bug as a step by hitting it down and bouncing off of it. This will give you the height you need to reach the Mossberry and pick it up in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Third Mossberry Location

The third Mossberry is placed close to the lab of the Moss Druid. Exit the lab and proceed to the lower level in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

From this spot, jump down to the lower level and push through the right wall to find a hidden area. You need to enter this secret area and kill the bug whose mouth is illuminated green. When you beat this enemy, it will drop the third Mossberry in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Fourth Mossberry Location

You can find the last Mossberry by going to the westernmost part of Bonebottom. Find the lift that will take you directly back to the church and turn it on.

You will find a bug with a bright mouth located below the platforms adjacent to this lift. You need to kill this monster to get the fourth and last Mossberry in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Druid's Eye Crest

You will get the Druid's Eye Crest amulet when you finish the Berry Picking quest by giving the Moss Druid all four Mossberries.

When you take damage, this protective gear produces green Elixir, which then transforms into Silk. When you first start your adventure, the Druid's Eye Crest is a great way to protect yourself and keep going in Hollow Knight: Silksong.
