Finding the Tool

Go into the Chairman's Office's Backroom. Find the pencil and pick it up. In Resident Evil Requiem, take this back to the main desk.

Opening the Box

Look for the piece of paper on the desk. Rub the Paper with the Pencil. This makes words appear on the surface. You can get the code from these words. Push the buttons for the Moon, the Sun, the Star, and the Moon. The box will open after you have done everything correctly.
