If you are playing as Grace in the Care Center, you can find a Charm that helps you stay alive when you take a lot of damage. This item is the Eye Spy Charm. You get it by going to the East Wing.

Reaching the East Wing

You need to go to the upstairs part of the East Wing. This is the same place where you find the

Level 1 Wristband. While you are there, a big enemy named Chunk will appear. He is very large and has a hard time fitting through the hallway.

How to Get the Charm

You must kill Chunk while you are still playing as Grace. Do this before he has a fight with Leon later in the Care Center. Look for Chunk in the East Wing and use the Requiem Revolver to shoot him.

Make sure you have enough bullets. Once Chunk is dead, walk up to his body. You can then take the Eye Spy Charm from him.
