You need to figure out how to get into the Lead Researcher's Office. The East Wing of the Care Center has this room on the second floor. The door is locked with a padlock. You need something special to break it.

Finding the Tool

Go down the hall and past the office of the Lead Researcher. At the very end, you'll see a Chunk. At that point, go into the conference room. Find the Corrosive by looking around the room. Get this item and go back to the door that is locked.

Unlocking the Lock

Put the Corrosive on the Padlock. The liquid melts the metal, which lets you into the Lead Researcher's Office. 

Look at the photos on the walls once you're inside. Look at the backgrounds of these pictures to find hidden clues in Resident Evil Requiem.

These signs show you the code. Push the buttons for Star, then Sun, then Moon, and then Sun again. The lock will open.
