Phaedra is one of the easiest colossi to topple, mainly because it's not a fighter. Killing this gentle giant will make you feel like a horrible person afterward.

Phaedra will start off the fight chasing Wander, head towards the tunnels with the entrances coming out of the ground. First, lure Phaedra to the opening you're heading into and head out the opposite end. You'll see Phaedra peeking inside the hole you went in. If it's in the general area of the tunnel you went into just wait until it peeks its head inside. Once it bends down leap onto its tail and head to the head.

The head is Phaedra's only weak point. Head to the neck and stab the glowing to force it to bend its head. Next head to Phaedra's head where the symbol shines to kill the creature.
