Dueling friends in Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE is a quick and easy process. The game allows you to access co-op challenges directly through the Co-op system, making dueling 1 vs 1 or just random duels in general.
It is pretty easy to setup, this guide will explain how you can duel, create a lobby, and invite your friends in ARISE OVERDRIVE.
To access the co-op menu, you'll first need to speak to Seorin. Interacting with her will open the multiplayer menu, where all of the co-op and multiplayer-based features are accessible.
Upon opening the menu, you'll be greeted with options like Find Friends, Join Lobbies, and Create Your Own Custom Sessions.

Joining
The search by friend feature will list any connected friends from platforms like Steam. If a friend has already created a lobby, you'll need to press the Co-op Lobby ID, which allows you to access the lobby immediately by just entering the code and joining their room.
This is handy if you are friends with someone on Steam, but you haven't been added in-game.
Hosting
If you intend to host a session, you will need to choose the option to create a lobby. You can set it to public if you want random people to join, or switch it to private mode for controlled access. A password can be added to keep the lobby away from intruders.
After confirming the settings, you will be able to activate the lobby so that your friends can join using the given code. A private lobby allows you to primarily play with your friends and organize duels or plan co-op missions.

Duel
Once you are in the same lobby as your friends, you will need to move closer to the friend that you want to challenge. Once you get close enough, a prompt will appear labeled "Request Duel" when you're in a specific range.
You will need to select it to send the challenge, and if the other person accepts, there will be a cool-down before the duel starts. The fight allows you both to test your skills, abilities, and various builds.
You'll be able to duel with anyone inside the lobby, and it can be repeated as much as you'd like. The process of getting into a duel is pretty straightforward and only requires the lobby setup and a simple duel request.
