The Culling Blade is a powerful weapon added in the free Bonus Content 2 DLC from March 2026.

You can find it as an Immaculate item drop during the Wyrdness, but buying it is a much simpler path. This blade is unique because it gives you a 33% chance to instantly kill any enemy that has less than 33% health remaining.

Getting to the Forge

To get this weapon, you need to get to Act 3 and go to the Forlorn Swords. From there, go to Volker Village. Look for the stairs and go up them, then cross the path to get to a building called Flaithri's Forge. This is where the local blacksmith works and keeps his stock.

Buying the Blade

Go inside the forge to find the NPC named Flaithri. If he is asleep, you will need to wait until daytime to speak with him in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon. You will find the Culling Blade listed there for purchase.
