In Tainted Grail: Fall of Avalon, you need to hunt down Redcaps, which are the enemies that carry the Iron Tooth. Depending on how far you've traveled, you can find them in a few different places on the map.

Beach Near Horns of the South

You can find Redcaps early in the game near the Horns of the South settlement. From the waypoint, follow the road down to the beach area Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon.

You might have to fight some Drowners first. Look toward the ruined huts nearby to find the Redcaps. This is a common spot to visit because of an early side quest located there.

Cuanacht Region

Another place to get an Iron Tooth is on the Cuanacht map. Travel to the Petrified Vis fast travel point. As soon as you arrive, the Redcaps are right there waiting for you. This is a very quick way to find them since you do not have to walk far from the waypoint.

Lake Near Ancient Cromlech

There is one more reliable spot in the northern part of the Horns of the South. Go to the Ancient Cromlech fast travel point and head north Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon.

You will find a lake where several Redcaps stay. Each one you defeat will drop an Iron Tooth, so it is a good place to go if you need to gather several of them at once.
